  • Important: Do not return any product without contacting us first and receiving confirmation. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.


How to Initiate a Return:

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or a short video of the item (in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the warehouse return address.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a customer issue (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

You may request a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.


Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item, please let us know in your return email. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Refund Process:
