You will need the order number from your confirmation email (for example #1234) and the email address you used at checkout.

When will tracking appear?

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our facility, and it can take a further 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan. If tracking looks inactive during that window, it is normal.

Estimated delivery

Total estimated delivery is 6–12 business days from the day you order. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Need help?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking has not updated for several days, email support@santa-barbara-boutique.com with your order number and we will chase it for you. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
