Notices sent by post are deemed received five (5) business days after posting when sent by first-class or equivalent mail, or on the date of delivery confirmation when sent by courier or recorded delivery. Notices we send to you are deemed received twenty-four (24) hours after being sent to the email address associated with your order or account.

Correspondence about orders, deliveries, returns or refunds is not a legal notice and should go to our customer service team at support@santa-barbara-boutique.com, which is the fastest route to a resolution.
